PotenzaAI ("we", "us", "our") provides a real-time AI coaching tool for real estate wholesalers. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our service, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored securely), and the phone number you set as your call-in number.

Call Data

When you initiate a call through PotenzaAI, we process the following:

• Phone numbers of the wholesaler (you) and the seller, used solely to bridge the call.
• Audio of the call, captured via Twilio Media Streams in real time.
• Live transcript generated by our transcription provider (Deepgram).
• Coaching responses generated by our AI provider (Anthropic Claude).
• Call recording stored by Twilio for playback in your account.
• Deal intelligence summary generated after the call ends.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data such as call duration, timestamps, and which pages you visit within the app. This helps us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the live call coaching service in real time.
• To generate post-call summaries and structured deal intelligence.
• To maintain your account and pipeline of past calls.
• To bill your subscription and process payments.
• To improve the product, train better prompts, and fix bugs.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PotenzaAI:

• Twilio — call bridging and recording. Privacy policy
• Deepgram — live audio transcription. Privacy policy
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI response generation and call summaries. Privacy policy
• Railway — backend infrastructure hosting.
• Netlify — frontend hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing (when applicable). Privacy policy

Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their portion of the service.

4. Call Recording and Two-Party Consent

Many U.S. states require all parties on a phone call to consent to being recorded. PotenzaAI records and transcribes calls when you use the service. It is your responsibility as the wholesaler to comply with your jurisdiction's call-recording laws, which may require you to verbally inform the seller at the start of the call that the call is being recorded.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the lifetime of your account so you can revisit past deals. You may delete individual calls at any time from the dashboard.
• If you delete your account, all associated call data is removed within 30 days.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above (and only what's necessary to operate the service), or when legally required.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure credential storage, and access controls on backend systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your call records.
